Latikrete Baltik Ltd. is one of the few material manufactures in Latvia. Manufacture is situated very close to Riga - in Salaspils. The place of location is chosen taking into account the proximity of raw material sources and convenience of transportation to Riga, inside Latvia and other countries.

	Production of SEBEK building materials Our company’s factory produces dry building mixtures: glues for tiles and stone, building blocks, waterproofing, systems for facade insulation, self-leveling mortars, repair mortars. Thanks to our own unique developments, all materials with a margin exceed standards, specified in certification.		Wholesale supply of LATICRETE® and SEBEK materials Before the development of our own brand SEBEK, the factory produced almost all range of materials LATICRETE® under the license of concern LATICRETE International, Inc. Now we offer whole range of LATICRETE® products, as well as SEBEK products to wholesale buyers and building companies.
	Performance of building works with LATICRETE® and SEBEK materials While performing building works very important is guarantee of quality. Therefore, sometimes even large construction companies pass on to us as a subcontract for construction works using materials LATICRETE® and SEBEK.
